VBS Decorations needed!

Could you loan a few items for VBS? We are looking for one large throne-like chair, artificial greenery, artificial trees, large planting pots, Egyptian looking blankets and fabric (for walls), and large woven baskets. We could also use special effects like fake fire or torches.

To loan an item please write your name, phone number and email address on adhesive tape and it will be returned after VBS. Leave the items at the front desk sometime this week.

Online Registration Closes Friday!

Online registration will close this Friday, July 9th at NOON. After that time all children are considered ‘walk-ins’ and can fill out a form in the registration area.

After that time you can also download this form and fill it out at home (and avoid the wait in line).

Decoration Setup Days

Decorations will be deployed the week before VBS, July 12-17. If you would like to help tack, staple, tape, arrange, and otherwise decorate the church please see Pastor Andrew.

Monday – Starting @ 6pm (Hallways)

Tuesday – Starting @ 6pm (Hallways)

Friday – All Day (Foyer, Gym Stage & Sanctuary)

Saturday – All Day (Marketplace)

Volunteer Training Lunch

This Sunday, directly following Church we will have a training meeting for all workers.

We’ll eat together then break up into three areas, Registration & Security with Angela Sarnecki, Shopkeepers with Pastor Andrew, and Family Groups & Worship Celebration with Heather Zampino.

We will also be distributing materials and supplies. Don’t miss it!

We only have two decoration days left! Friday, June 25, 12noon-9pm and Saturday, June 26, 9am-2pm.

Anyone can help, talent or none! I often say that I’m the biggest art cheater ever! If you come you’ll have a great time and be blessed!
